We operate a full range of 3-axis and 4-axis CNC machining centers focused on high-precision processing of connector housings and critical components. Micron-level tolerance control is maintained to meet strict military-grade dimensional requirements, ensuring consistent precision across all parts. The entire process is fully automated, from material loading to final output, with integrated in-line monitoring that reduces human error and stabilizes production quality. Rapid program switching allows flexible manufacturing for both high-volume standardized production and small-batch customization, while independent workshop zoning, dedicated fixtures, and dust- and vibration-controlled conditions help maintain stable machining performance.
The main connector assembly processes are carried out in a Class 10,000 cleanroom under ESD-protected conditions. Epoxy flooring and complete anti-static systems help prevent electrostatic damage and dust contamination during production. Crimping, assembly, inspection, and testing are organized into clearly defined workstations to ensure a controlled and traceable process, while the production line can be quickly adjusted to handle both mass production and customized orders efficiently.
