HWC Micro Connectors, 2mm Pitch Connectors
Board-to-Board Connectors, Wire-to-Wire Connectors, Wire-to-Board Connectors
HWC and HW-M80 connectors are compact rectangular micro connectors with a 2 mm contact pitch. They are designed to meet the electrical and mechanical performance requirements of MIL-DTL-55302F and BS 9525 F0033. These electrical connectors are available for board-to-board, board-to-wire, and wire-to-wire connections, they carry signals and power between electronic components in aerospace, defense, and other systems exposed to vibration, shock, or limited installation space.

Features
- Low-frequency, high-frequency, and high-power contacts can be combined in the same connector. One connector can take the place of two or three separate units, reducing the number of connections in the system.
- Depending on the configuration, the connectors can use up to 40% less PCB space, reduce overall volume by up to 60%, and weigh 20% to 50% less than conventional connector arrangements.
- Spring latches and built-in locking mechanisms are available to keep the connection in place under vibration and other demanding operating conditions.
- More than 15 million standard combinations are available, with traceability throughout production. Custom versions can also be developed by changing existing standard components.
- Connector samples can be prepared quickly, and production lead times can be adjusted to meet project needs. We also offer technical support during connector selection and order preparation.
High Wood works with customers across Asia, Europe, the Americas, and other international markets, building long-term partnerships with more than 200 companies worldwide, including Klemsan (Turkey), CPE (Italy), and SUNGJIN (Korea). Backed by over 10 years of experience in the connector industry, we have an R&D team that focuses on practical engineering work, from electrical connector design and structural optimization to detailed drawings, helping customers move smoothly from development to mass production.
